2025 Annual Show & Plant Sale

Dates: April 11-13, 2025
Location: Carmichael Elks Lodge #2103, 5631 Cypress Avenue, Carmichael, CA
Theme: "Orchids in Paradise"
Admission:

$45 ($40 if purchased in advance) Preview Event (includes access to the show all 3 days)
$13 ($10 if purchased in advance) at the door ($12.50 for 2 or more), children under 16 free with adult

Schedule

Thursday, April 10

  • 9 am - 9 pm: Carmichael Elks Lodge open for setup

  • 9 am: Carmichael Elks Lodge open - Show setup begins - SOS only

  • 1 pm: Gardens, Vendors and Exhibits begin setup - Vendors & SOS only

  • 1 pm - 6 pm: Individual Plant and Garden Registration, plant & garden setup

Friday, April 11

  • 9 am - 10 am: Clerks prepare for judging - Vendors & SOS only

  • 10am - 1 pm: Ribbon judging

  • 1 pm - 6 pm: AOS judging

  • 6:30 pm - 9 pm: Preview Event begins (Preview Event tickets required)

Saturday, April 12

  • 10 am - 5 pm: Show open to the Public

  • 8 am: Carmichael Elks Lodge open to members and vendors

  • 10 am: Doors open to the public

Sunday, April 13

  • 10 am - 4 pm: Show open to the Public

  • 9 am: Carmichael Elks Lodge open to members and vendors

  • 10 am: Doors open to the public

  • 4 pm: Show and Vendor teardown begins
