The Sacramento Orchid Society is hosting its annual wine social event again this year. We will be gathering at Ciotti Cellars in Lincoln for some good food, great wine and maybe even some orchid talk. This event is open to the public. The cost for the event is $15 if you buy the ticket online or $20 at the door.
BREAKING NEWS: Alan Koch at Gold Country Orchids has made an amazing new offer! As part of this event, he is going to put out 100 plants that are blooming or in bud at his nursery. He is making a very special offer for everyone who attends the event at the nursery that day:

In addition to the wine social, we will be gathering at Gold Country Orchids in Lincoln at 4:30PM. Alan is going to demonstrate how to repot your orchids at the right time for optimal results. This should be a very informative demo and you’ll be learning from one of the best orchid growers on the planet. Afterwards, we’ll head over to Ciotti Cellars for the wine social part of the event. This part of the event is free and open to everyone.
Like last year, we will have a great selection of Charcuterie plates and dessert available although it's not a full meal. This will pair nicely with a glass or bottle of wine which is available from the winery. We will also have some orchid gift baskets to raffle off.
This is a great way to get to know some of the other members of the society in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. We hope to see everyone there.
